If I didn't know better, I might think terrorists trying to kill Americans under a Republican administration is good news for the GOP, while terrorists trying to kill Americans under a Democratic administration is also good news for the GOP.
On the other hand, given the demonstrated incompetence of the criminal Bush regime, shouldn't Pres. Obama have begun a thorough security review upon taking office?
