UPDATE: Brown did not claim he never heard of the Baggers.

Just like Sarah Palin, he is a serial liar. He says he is unfamiliar with the Tea Party movement yet has two photos of himself addressing Baggers at Lowell and Worcester on his own Flickr stream.
