BETTER?

Ruth Marcus, one of the WaPo's columnists, wrote this bizarre line today:

It is no accident that the Senate health-care bill is better than its House counterpart.

Let's recall that the Senate bill has the notorious payoff to Ben Nelson that even he now denounces. In addition, the Senate bill lacks the very popular Public Option that is in the House bill. More comparisons of the two bills here.
