DON'T GIVE UP

John Amato of Crooks & Liars lets us know that not all liberals are giving up on real reform. It would even be possible to get a public option through the Senate by using reconciliation. If the Senate Dems had some real cojones, they might even get single-payer through. Another possibility would be expanding Medicare with a buy-in and letting Medicaid cover more people.
