ECONOMIC FREEDOM AND DEMOCRACY?
Despite what the wingnuts tell is, they don't seem to be a necessary fit and even the Heritage Foundation admits it. Heritage ranks Hong Kong #1 for economic freedom despite the fact that it is only a limited democracy.
