MAYBE THEY ARE CATCHING ON

The conservatives have really benefited from the rise in populism and I've been pleased when the Democrats do something to appeal to that mood, such as requiring Congress and staff members to enroll in the health care plan. KNST, one of the local wingnut stations, runs a promo in which a caller says that we should figure out a way for the banks to pay for the mess they caused. Now, it seems that the Obama Administration may do something like that:
