Sheuer is a retired CIA agent who was in charge of the Osama Bin Laden unit from 1996 to 1999 and has been making the rounds of wingnut radio this week. I just heard him say on Brian and The Judge that the CIA had been killing Al Qaeda members since 1996 and he said the same on another show, the name of which I can't recall.
This means that Clinton didn't just use a criminal justice approach to Al Qaeda but none of the radio hosts pointed that out.
