BAYH ATTACKS, THEN SURRENDERS

Sen. Evan Bayh was only recently speaking about how the Democrats need to compromise with the GOP Taliban and now announces he won't run for re-election. He should've kept his mouth shut instead of attacking Democrats, especially if he was leaving the battlefield.
