UPDATE: Barney Frank calls out Granpa for his lies.
He told the Arizona Republic that Pres. Bush requested him to come to DC to help out with the economic crisis but there's some evidence that McCain decided that all on his own as a campaign stunt.
Judging from the comments at AR, I think McCain is in big trouble in Arizona.
