REPUBLICANS HATE POOR PEOPLE
Tucson has a real jerk in the State Senate who wants to prohibit anyone getting food stamps or AHCCCS (Medicaid) from buying cigarettes or alcohol. This of course would affect people drawing unemployment or Social Security but he doesn't care:
