This POLITICO article notes that there will be several winger "manifestos" to attack:
1) Mt. Vernon Manifesto
2) A coalition of tea party groups and activists will launch a "Contract From America" at CPAC
3) former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, author of the original "Contract With America" that helped fuel the Republican takeover of the House in 1994, says he plans a new contract.
4) House Minority Leader John Boehner, meanwhile, says he's drafting a Republican campaign platform to echo Gingrich's original document.
