A BIT MISLEADING

Lori Montgomery reports in the WaPo that the Democrats may not use "deem and pass" but uses a somewhat misleading phrase:
House leaders have decided to take a separate vote on the Senate health-care bill, rejecting an earlier, much-criticized strategy that would have permitted them to "deem" the unpopular measure passed without an explicit vote.

She should have said that it's primarily conservatives who are whining, as she herself reported earlier.
