PALIN PLAYS POPULIST AGAIN

Back on February 6, 2010, Palin told the Tea Party summit this:
PALIN: This, like a mere law enforcement matter, places our country at grave risk, because that's not how radical Islamic extremists are looking at this. They know we're at war. And to win that war, we need a commander in chief, not a professor of law standing at the lectern.

Given the Baggers and Becksters increaasing whining about how the health care reform bill is unconstitutional, one would think that they would want a law professor in charge, especially one who specialized in constitutional law. Of course, I'm wrong again because I am attributing too much rationality to the Baggers.

This month in Nevada, she used a variation of this line of attack:
In these volatile times when we are a nation at war, now more than ever is when we need a commander-in-chief, not a constitutional law professor lecturing us from a lectern.
