Neal Boortz tweeted that employers who think Pres. Obama is hurting their businesses should fire employees who voted for Obama. Steve Benen writes "As a legal matter, it's a crime to fire an employee based on how he or she voted." and I'm not sure that's true and I'm also not sure that it could be enforced if it is a law. Here in Arizona, one can be fired without cause and I imagine it would be very difficult to prove that it was done for voting for Pres. Obama.
UPDATE: Lynne Gobbell of Moulton, Ala., was fired in 2004 for having a Kerry-Edwards bumper sticker on her car.
