OK, WE NEED TO START POUNDING THE FUNDIES AGAIN

Maybe a year ago I read that Newt Gingrich was mining new territory by going on the "preacher circuit" and I guess that was a warning sign that the Fundies might be making a comeback in politics. Glenn Beck has certainly played preacher on both his TV and radio show and even Fats Limbaugh gets into the act now and then.

Now, we have more evidence of Fundie kraziness:

Huckabee went on to prod LaHaye a bit further on his assertion. "Are we now living in the end times, from your perspective?" asked the former Arkansas Governor and possible 2012 White House contender.

LaHaye's response: "Very definitely, governor."
