Those who do manual labor will find it difficult if not impossible to continue working if the retirement age for Social Security is increased (h/t Atrios) which is something Catfood Commissioner Alan Simpson wants to do. To make matters worse, the Great Recession has forced older people to stay in the labor market much longer than in the past. (also h/t Atrios)
