Tim Profitt, the admitted Kentucky head-stomper and Rand Paul volunteer, wants his victim to apologize to him.
Before the incident, Profitt was the Bourbon County coordinator for Paul. On Tuesday, the campaign distanced itself from Profitt and relieved him of his duties.

There was apparently some confusion in the Rand Paul campaign over whether it would give back the $1,900 donation of the volunteer who stomped a MoveOn.org activist, but a spokesman is adamant that it will not.
“We have a firm policy that we do not refund campaign contributions,” Jesse Benton emailed.
The Washington Post’s Greg Sargent reported this afternoon that Team Paul told Fox News last night (clip below via Plum Line) that it would return the money as part of severing ties with the heavy footed volunteer, Tim Profitt, but then decided against it.
