WHY COULDN'T CUOMO LET "NOUN, VERB, 911" ALONE?
Incoming governor of NY State Cuomo has decided to give has-been Rudy Giuliani a security post. This won't do much for security (remember Rudy's choice for DHS?) but it will provide a license for the news media to keep this idiot on the national stage.
