ALMOST A COMEDY SKIT

Phil Hendrie interviews "callers" who he creates and one of them has a verbal tic.  His speech is fluent for a few seconds but then he makes an odd sound, something like "AARGH",  and then continues as if nothing had happened.

Last night, Billy Cunninhgam interviewed Morton Klein, who is president of the Zionist Organization of America, and I swear Klein has a similar vocal problem.  In Klein's case, it's more like the beginning of a mild laugh - "eh huh" - but it's still disturbing.    Pajamas Media has a clip of Klein being interviewed by Israel Firster Roger Simon  here so you can listen to Klein's tic for yourself.
