BACHMANN IS WRONG AGAIN

Speaking to a Bagger group in Iowa, she made this preposterous claim:

"Once you got here, we were all the same," she said. "Isn't that remarkable? It is absolutely remarkable."

We WEREN'T all the same because many states had religious tests for office AFTER the Constitution was ratified and even the NRO can admit that:

It’s worth mentioning that, during the debates over the Constitution, state religious tests were extremely common, and would remain so for decades (and even centuries) afterwards.

[D]espite the framers’ and ratifiers’ willingness to ban religious tests at the federal level, such tests were rife at the state level, before, during, and after the ratification of the Religious Test Clause.
