We've seen that the Bagger-approved GOP governor and legislature in Arizona are willing to let the poorest suffer and even die before considering raising taxes and it looks like the new Bagger governor of Florida is willing to do the same.
There really isn't any reason to even consider Bagger ideas on health care reform.
