IS UNION BUSTING RUNNING OUT OF STEAM?

I suspect that the polls I cited below (and perhaps internal polling)  had an effect on the decision of Gov. Mitch Daniels (R-IND) to tell the GOP legislature to postpone a bill that would hurt unions and Gov. Rick Scott's (R-FLA) statement that public sector unions are fine by him.
