Today Mark Levin pimped a little for Justice Prosser, the conservative hack who has already said he will support Gov. Walker's union-busting legislation. In 2010, I filed an FEC complaint against Levin because I thought he was giving in-kind contributions to conservative candidates. The FEC decided that Levin didn't violate the election laws but that isn't the end of the story. Today, Levin made a point to say "volunteer" instead of "donate" and also mentioned that there are rules he has to follow.
It's not much but at least it's on his mind and I suspect it's also on Hannity's mind because they are close friends.
