RADIO TIDBITS

Billy Cunningham kept up his tradition of having inflammatory guests last night by letting someone named Beaupre (Bow Prey) tell us that people who are opposed to "drill, baby, drill" are traitors to America.

This morning, Slots Bennett kept up his disinformation campaign by letting a guest falsely claim that Federal civil service employees don't have collective bargaining rights.

"Crowley resigns over Manning remarks" Obama must have been mad. They didn't even wait a decent interval to allow the excuse that Crowley was resigning for 'personal reasons' unrelated to his having a soul. No, Obama wanted to emphasize that the U. S. government is a no-soul zone. Also - don't ever, ever, ever say anything that reminds voters of the contradictions between what Obama says, and what he does."

Let's hope Crowley will generate enough press to get some justice for Manning.

Funny how most of the Tea Party though claiming to be "anti-government" would rather attack unions than the government's wars even when it's obvious the government doesn't represent the people, but are a bunch of corrupt bloody handed criminals! When will the Tea Party call for mass resistance against these bloody handed tyrants who are wasting trillions and killing thousands?

Ken,

In addition to the fact that the TEA party started when most Americans had gotten a tax cut, I have also become suspicious of them because they don't seem concerned about the national security state Bush helped create and Obama has done almost nothing to shrink.

In fairness and for perspective, reading Glen Greenwald,(and Ian Welsh) I get the impression the left in general, Move On, etc. doesn't seem to have pressured Obama on the wars, security state etc. nearly as much as they should.

Ken,

I agree. I'm a MoveOn member and I can't recall getting anything from them about the national security state since Obama was inaugurated.
