REMEMBER THE OIL SPIKE IN THE SUMMER OF 2008?

Below I noted that Larry Kudlow lied about the effect of then-Pres, Bush's call to open up oil drilling and today I heard a female guest on Monica Crowley's radio show claim that 6 months after Bush said that, the stock market soared.   This is a lie, as can be seen in this chart of the Dow Jones average.
