TONGA WAS IN THE "COALITION OF THE WILLING"

That's the name Bush gave to the collection of states who supported us invading Iraq.  Tonga  has about 106,000 people and the only monarchy in the Pacific.  You may ask, why was Tonga in the coalition?  Donald Rumsfeld has the answer:
