I'm using a chess term above, not a euphemism.
TPM reader SG points out that the GOP state senators have hurt their cause because removing collective bargaining rights (CBR) is either (1) a fiscal issue or (2) not a fiscal issue. If (1) is the case, then their sidestep of the quorum requirement is illegal. If (2) is the case, then both they and Gov. Walker have been lying about the rationale for removing CBR.
