I'm tired of reading accounts that blame computers for human errors:
Prison computer error lets 450 violent felons walk freeI'm also tired of pundits and politicians advocating for making permament some proposed law. No Congress can bind the actions of a future Congress, so the closest we can come to permanent is a Constitutional Amendment.
