Michele Bachmann has claimed by implication that Standard & Poor's, Moody's and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce are lying about the seriousness of the August 2nd debt ceiling deadline.  Oh yeah, she also thinks Sec. Geithner and Pres. Obama are also lying.
