GEORGE F. KENNAN, BIGOTED ELITIST PIG

The Yale historian John Lewis Gaddis has written what will probably be the definitive biography of the man who devised the Containment Policy. Henry Kissinger's review lays out Kennan's main foreign policy ideas but neglects to discuss Kennan the person. This review by Louis Menand fills in this gap:
He was firmly anti-majoritarian, not only in foreign affairs, where he considered public opinion a menace, but in governmental decision-making generally. “I hate the rough and tumble of our political life,” he wrote, in 1935, to a sister, Jeanette, to whom he was close. “I hate democracy; I hate the press. . . . I hate the ‘peepul’; I have become clearly un-American.” In the draft of an unfinished book, begun in the nineteen-thirties, he advocated restricting the vote to white males, and other measures designed to create government by an élite.
Ronald Steel adds more in his review:
“Nothing good can come out of modern civilization,” he wrote in 1932. “We have only a group of more or less inferior races. … No amount of education and discipline can effectively improve conditions as long as we allow the unfit to breed copiously and to preserve their young.” Among these “inferior races,” he singled out blacks and Jews as objects of his frequent harangues.

On the other side, she was doing well critiquing O, aside from failing to mention Obama's drone bombing crimes as outlined by Glen Greenwald, despite a retreat here and there, quaking before an occasional Obama sheeple....

...until she said Obama should not be primaried from the Left for fear of alienating the African American community.

I guess multiculturalism isn't really working yet.

Had Kennan but lived long enough he would have come round to witness the United States political/media elite correct him and establish that Jews are, quite the contrary, a superior race.

Hence all serious GOP contenders for the presidency and any important office must place fealty to the ethnic supremacist state of Israel-which Bishop Tutu characterized as practising a more vicious form of apartheid than did South Africa.

Not to be outdone, one must venture to the marginal left fringes of the Democratic Party, and secure a tiny fiefdom far beyond the reach of Debbie Wasserman Schultz, to find a notable politico like a Dennis Kucinich who refuses to acknowledge Jewish supremacy and praise Israel, vote its way, or even visit it until it vacates the occupied territories.

I'm sure Kennan if he had lived would have come round to see the error of his ways, shift from
non-interventionism, and today would be egging the Israel-subservient Obama on to war against Iran for Israel's sake.
