White House tries to limit Netanyahu "liar" damage

(Reuters) - The White House sought on Wednesday to limit damage to U.S.-Israel relations following revelations that French President Nicolas Sarkozy called Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel "a liar" in a private conversation with President Barack Obama.

First of all, it was Sarkozy, the French president, who called "Bibi" Netanyahu a liar, not Pres. Obama. Second, who really gives a shit if Bibi's little fee-fees are hurt? Third, we don't have to make sure of our relationship with Israel, Israel has to make sure of its relationship with the U.S.
