Newt Gingrich has been endorsed by the Freepers' CINC, Jim Robinson. If you are unfamiliar with the Freepers, Tommy T. at First Draft has taken on the nasty task of diving into that cesspool and reporting on it's denizens,.

As Scarborough said on MTP today, Gingrich is an opportunist, not a conservative. But it would be fun to observe him trying to run a country.
That said, I'm guessing the ultimate nomineee won't be either him or Romney.
However Scarborough also indicted "W" as a non-conservative Wilsonian nation-building warmonger representing a GOP elite which botched things and ushered in Obama. Was Scarborough against the Iraq War from the outset? I doubt it, but maybe.
