THE CONSERVATIVES ONE PERCENT DOCTRINE

In The One Percent Doctrine, Ron Suskind gave a great desciption of how the criminal Bush regime justified its aggression: If there was even a 1 percent chance that the target was involved in terrorism, an attack was allowed and required.

Roughly same rule seems to apply to other situations, such as:
Unemployment Benefits: Even if only 1% of recipients use the benefits to avoid going back to work, then the whole program should be eliminated.

Romney/Bain Capital: Attacking some of the actions of Bain Capital amounts to attacking Capitalism as a whole.

Obama's should be called the
1.1% doctrine. Thank God for small improvements.
