Starting at the 18:00 mark, after a moving description of what his disabled 3-year-old daughter has taught him, Santorum says this:
“One of the things I will talk about that no President has talked about before is, I think, the dangers of contraception in this country, the whole sexual libertine idea. Many in the Christian faith have said, ‘Well, that’s okay. Contraception’s okay.’
“It’s not okay because it’s a license to do things in the sexual realm that is counter to how things are supposed to be.”

Schlafly Criticizes Koop for Condom Recommendations

Mrs. Schlafly said sex education in schools "is an encouragement to promiscuity and it is an offense against the First Amendment right of those of us who believe that premarital sex is wrong."
"I would prefer that public schools teach children to abstain from sexual activity until they get married," she said.
