I HAVEN'T FOUND THE MEMO

But I suspect one was sent around to some of the radio gasbags that urged them to go on a Glenda Beck-style attack on Woodrow Willson, Progressives and Pres. Obama.  Today, both Hannity & Foamer Levin have done this and I may hear others do it later.
