Atrios points out that Sullivan was quite the wanker & war blogger when that was fashionable and even today gives crypto-racist Charles Murray a platform (also here and here).

Well, a difference is, when the war was fashionable, hundreds of thousands of Iraqis lost their lives as a result of the intensity level of the fashionability and its application.
That was not crypto-war whoring.
If actual racism becomes as fashionable, America will revert to de jure segregation in many places, and no affirmative action programs will be implemented except perhaps in the most liberal regions remaining.
On the science check out Anatoly Karlin's blog today. He's Russian-American and had sublime oblivion
one of the leading Russian blogs, but he's modified his work very recently.
