Conservatives have blamed the '60s for almost anything that's gone wrong in America, especially sexual mores. Today, the CDC has a press release that shows teen age pregnancy rates began declining since about 1960:

Teen childbearing has been generally on a long-term decline in the United States since the late 1950s (1–3).
