MAYBE TOOBIN IS CORRECT

Jeffrey Toobin said that 3 judges on the 5th Circuit threw a "hissy fit" about Pres. Obama's remarks on the Supreme Court and PPACA.  Personally, I was surprised that Jerry Smith used a variant of one of Sean Hannity's rhetorical tricks, the "some say" gambit:

Smith said "that has troubled a number of people who have read it as somehow a challenge to the federal courts, or to their authority, or to the appropriateness of the concept of judicial review."

Only wingnuts and talk radio gasbags have read the President's remarks this way.
