Big Tent Democrat has saved me a lot of time by laying out Justice Ginsburg's objections to Chief Justice Roberts attack on the New Deal interpretation of the Commerce Clause. I suspect and hope that it's far too late to overturn the New Deal, so Robert's position may not end up doing any real harm.
UPDATE: Jack Balkin is optimistic.
