I was listening to one of the local wingnut radio shows this morning and I heard one caller maintain despite the Court's ruling that Obamacare was unconstitutional. She is not alone:

Sen. Rand Paul doesn’t think the Supreme Court gets the last word on what’s constitutional.
The Kentucky Republican belittled the high court’s health care decision as the flawed opinion of just a “couple people.”
“Just because a couple people on the Supreme Court declare something to be ‘constitutional’ does not make it so. The whole thing remains unconstitutional,” the freshman lawmaker said in a statement.
DeMint: ‘Obamacare’ Still Unconstitutional — States Should Refuse To Implement It

Sen. Jim DeMint (R-SC) called on states to outright refuse to
implement health care reform in the wake of the Supreme Court’s decision
upholding the law — which would amount to nullification by states.
The key quote from DeMint’s press release:
“This government takeover of health care remains as destructive,
unsustainable, and unconstitutional as it was the day it was passed,
unread, by a since-fired congressional majority. Now as then, our first
step toward real health care reform and economic renewal remains
Obamacare’s full repeal, down to the last letter and punctuation mark.
“I urge every governor to stop implementing the health care exchanges
that would help implement the harmful effects of this misguided law.
Americans have loudly rejected this federal takeover of health care, and
governors should join with the people and reject its implementation.”
