So what I want all of you to know is that we are going to bring those who killed our fellow Americans to justice. (Applause.) I want people around the world to hear me: To all those who would do us harm, no act of terror will go unpunished. It will not dim the light of the values that we proudly present to the rest of the world. No act of violence shakes the resolve of the United States of America. (Applause.)

If Pres. Obama's statement on Sept. 12 isn't good enough for you, Buzzfeed found that on Sept. 13th, Pres. Obama clearly referred to the Benghazi attack as an act of terror:

No it wasn't good enough for me and I hope I don't rub you the wrong way by posting PB's insight into the whole affair. Of course he should have added that Mitt Romney's election poses no alternative to the ongoing powderkeg, and I myself will tack on that only the likes of Kucinich and Ron Paul have clean hands in this general theater.
