ROBERT SAMUELSON IS A MORAL CRETIN

In this bit of agit-prop against the modern welfare state, he writes:
Finally, there's a moral cost. It encourages "gaming" the system to maximize benefits."
Surely the Wall Street Banksters should be his target, not folks getting food stamps.
