ONE MORE SUGGESTION
If we really want to cut down on gun homicides, how about we prohibit Americans from owning a gun until they are over 25? See the bottom 2 graphs here for why I made this proposal.

How about we prohibit the president(s) from killing masses of innocents in places like Iraq, Yemen, Afghanistan and of course put them on a no guns allowed list here too first?
