Premiere Radio Networks syndicates Fats Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and many other conservative gasbags and is part of Clear Channel.   According to RadioInfo, Premiere has been underperforming the other divisions:

Clear Channel Media and Entertainment Up 4% in Q4 of 2012. That was the number chief financial officer Tom Casey reported during a conference call yesterday.

In taking questions from analysts, Casey admitted that the Total Traffic Network and Premiere Networks divisions had down fourth quarters and are off to slow starts in 2013.
