An acquaintance of mine used to have a Hotmail account but Microsoft decided to switch all Hotmail users over to Outlook. He can see his e-mail but when he tries to reply, he gets an error message that states his account is suspended for suspicious activity and needs to be verified. Clicking on the verify link leads to a "page not found" error.
After some more semi-random clicking, I got to a page that supposedly would send a verification code to his cell phone but the message never arrived.
Yes, Microsoft still blows.
