TUCKER CARLSON IS WRONG AGAIN

HuffPo has a piece by Michael Calderone on the sorry state of the GOP Noise Machine and it includes this remark by Carlson:
"I would flip it around and say, what's the total population of people who read Rick Hertzberg's editorials in the New Yorker and read The New York Times every day and watch CBS News at night?" Carlson asked. "That’s a smaller universe than watch Fox and read The Daily Caller. It's not just right-wing world. It's left-wing world [that] is also talking to itself."
According to TVNEWSER, the CBS Evening News had 7,238,000 total viewers during the  February Sweeps and 2,064,000 in the 25-54 demo. Bill O'Reilly has the highest rated FAUX News show and for Feb. 28, his total viewers were 3,045,000 and only 487,000 in the 25-54 demo.

According to trafficestimate, the NY Times dwarfs the Daily Caller in monthly web traffic by roughly 10 to 1 and even the high-brow New Yorker is competitive.
