Imagine that you get a bunch of rednecks together for a typical alcoholic frenzy at a Neckar Car race delightfully called the "NRA 500."

You don't want to compare this frequency with inner city Chicago, though.
Of course not but Nascar races are a pretty good excuse to get wasted for many people.
