HERE'S ANOTHER PUZZLER FOR THE CONSERVATIVES

They bemoan the loss of the terrific morality of the "good old days" without offering any real evidence.  This CDC paper on trends in homicide for Americans from the ages of 10 to 24 shows that the rate has declined since about 1993.  Here are the relevant graphs:
