When he was working for the Administration, Emanuel made some waves by calling liberal activists "fucking retarded." I'm about to use the same phrase for Pres. Obama because he's assigned known liar James Clapper to "establish a Review Group on Intelligence and Communications Technologies (Review Group)." I have no idea why Pres. Obama seems so out of it on the NSA spying issue.
