In the real world, however, Rand Paul has just come out for Mitch McConnell over his far more smaller government antiwar primary opponent. Right after gaining Paul's support, McConnell called for toughening the economic terrorism against Iran, which sanctions resemble those laid on Iraq in the prelude to that war.
Nice way to sell out your dad's legacy Rand.
Rand Paul seems to have a slender grasp of the principles he touts.
